Return & Cancellation Policy

At Used and Bruised Goods, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review our policies below regarding returns, cancellations, and final sale items.

Returns

• Return Window: You have 14 days from the delivery of your item to request a return.

• Return Shipping: Return shipping is Free for eligible items.

• Item Inspection & Eligibility: All returned items will be thoroughly inspected upon arrival for signs of use, missing parts, or damage. Refund eligibility and the final approved refund amount are contingent upon this inspection.

• Restocking Fee: A 10% restocking fee applies to returned items and will be deducted from your final refund amount.

Cancellations

• Cancellation Window: Orders can be canceled anytime until the item is fulfilled. Once an order has been processed and shipped, it can no longer be canceled, but it may be eligible for return under our return policy.

Final Sale Items

• Items marked as Final Sale or belonging to final sale collections are non-refundable. Customers cannot request returns or cancellations for these items.
