We ship orders using the following reliable carriers depending on package size, weight, and delivery location:

Delivery times vary depending on your location, but standard ground delivery typically arrives within 2 to 5 business days once dispatched.
4. Shipment Tracking
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.
5. Damaged Packages
If you receive your order damaged, please contact us immediately at usedandbruisedgoods@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item's condition and packaging so we can assist you right away.
